Shade sails are available in just about any shape and colour. Shade sails are attached to free standing uprights (or suitable existing structures) with Stainless Steel fixing points and therefore do not have any form of structural roofing support.

Sail Structures was established in 1988 by John Rebbechi and Mal Richardson to specialise in the construction of tensioned membranes and shade sails. Our experience in manufacturing of yacht sails in the local and interstate boating industry led to the incorporation of techniques and materials in the design of a wide variety of architectural sails.To achieve our goal of becoming the market leader, only the highest grade materials are used in the construction of our Shade sails and Structures. Premium high grade quality cloth is used for the canopy. This shade cloth fabric provides up to 96% UV protection whilst having the capacity to breathe to allow hot air to flow out.
Our design team can create aesthetically pleasing and practical custom-made shade sails or shade structures. We provide a budget estimate, with drawings of the shade project and a detailed list of materials used. If requested we can also provide conceptual photos using state of the art design software and appropriate engineering certification. Each project, site and client is different, we respect that fact; consequently we do a site inspection before giving design advice and a written quotation.

This is very informative post regarding the Shade structures which provide complete protection from sun rays & also able to rotate 360 degree angle to cover required area as per need. The shade structure is the best suitable structure for our outdoor areas in summer season. The stainless steel is used in the installation of shade structures which makes it more stable.
